As we saw in Unit 3, "gossip" (the reporting of sensational or intimate information) is part of our lives. We find it mainly in newspapers and on television. I have chosen three articles published by the New York Post this week with the following headlines: Is Angelina pregnant again? and it says that the "Star Magazine"is reporting that Angelina is once again carrying Brad Pitt´s magical seed and this baby would be number 7 for the couple. The article about Madonna reports: Exclusive: Madonna falls off horse and shows six pictures about the accident and the ambulance which took her to hospital. Ad finally the article about Tom Cruise says: Focusing on TomKat´s Tom for a second and pays attention to the semi-successful Broadway debut of Kate.
El cotilleo está en todas partes, principalmente el de los famosos, y aunque digamos que no lo seguimos o sólo cuando vamos a la peluquería, lo cierto es que todos nosotros compramos prensa rosa en ocasiones.
